Page header text is the text that is displayed at the top of the page. This can be used to introduce the page.
Click on 'EDIT' to change the information that is at the top and bottom of the page in the header and footer.
Fill out the information in both preamble and footer textboxes and click 'Update' to save this information.
Click on 'Return to questionnaire' to start creating categories and setup questions

Solution:
- To start select 'Create' from the 'Questionnaire' menu item.
- Give your questionnaire a title and click on 'Create'.
You will then be returned to a list of your questionnaires. - Click on the title of the questionnaire that you now want to edit or setup
- Fill out the 'Questionnaire Submitted Text:'
This is the text that will be displayed once your client has answered the questionnaire
Fill out the 'Questionnaire Over Text:'
This is the text that will be displayed if the status is changed to 'Closed'
Click on 'Update' to save your changes - Once the changes have been saved click on 'Edit questionnaire' to start setting up categories and questions.
